The 6 Day Climbing Marangu Route, or Coca-Cola route, is the most crowded of the available routes on Kilimanjaro today. This makes it ideal for hiking in the rainy season because it is the only route where overnight stays are in huts.

The 5-Day Marangu Route is the most popular and cheapest route for climbing Kilimanjaro; however, it can be crowded at times, particularly between July and September and December and March. The 6-day option is highly recommended because it gives better acclimatization compared to the 5-day climbing of Kilimanjaro on the Marangu Route.

The 8-day Lemosho Route is widely regarded as Kilimanjaro’s most scenic approach, offering an extraordinary journey through ever-changing landscapes on the mountain’s western slopes. More than a climb, it is a true climate expedition, revealing the dramatic ecological diversity that defines Mount Kilimanjaro.

The Lemosho Route connects with the Machame Route before approaching the molten Lava Tower. The gentle incline leading to the Barranco Camp is encompassed in beautiful scenery and encrusted in vivid desert shrubberies (6-7-hour hike)
